3. We do our utmost to ensure that all information on the website is as accurate and precise as possible. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or consequences as a result of the use of this information.
4. We handle any purchases made on the website and are responsible that all partners connected to Læsø Booking receive what is owed.
5. If any problem arises during transactions on our website, and an incorrect amount is withdrawn from your account, we will ensure that you receive what is owed and handle any further transactions.
6. Any queries concerning products both before and after purchase should be directed to the partner who provides the service.
7. According to internet regulations, there is normally a 14-day refund period for any transactions made on the internet. However, this does not apply to accommodation and transport, following the Danish consumer laws  § 9, section 2 and § 17 section 2.
8. If an incorrect purchase has been made, it is usaually possible to change it at a fee of 100 DKK by sending an email to: laesoe-booking@laesoe-line.dk. If a refund is desired, the cancellation policy of our individual business partner applies. Cancellation must in all cases be made within 24 hours before arival.
9. We are a member Rejsegarantifonden (The Holiday Guarantee Fund), and therefore require a package holiday fee when you purchase travel and accommodation (member no. 2060)
